Institute for Digital Research and Education (IDRE) Annual Kick-off Event and Poster Session
The official kick-off for the Institute for Digital Research and Education (IDRE) will take place in the California Nanosystems Institute (CNSI) on Tuesday, October 30, from 8am - 4:00pm. Scheduled to speak are Chancellor Gene Block, Vice Chancellor for Research Roberto Peccei, IDRE Director Warren Mori and the keynote will be delivered by Francine Berman who is Director of the San Diego Supercomputer Center. A poster session focusing on computational science and engineering efforts from UCLA laboratories will be held from 1:30 - 3:30pm, concurrent with a reception which will end at 4:00pm. Additional information about this event will be posted as it becomes available.
